This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) applies to the data collection and security practices of Fetch Brands, Inc., a Wyoming C-Corporation (“Fetch,” “us,” “our,” or “we”) regarding our products and services (collectively, the “Services”). Any terms not defined in this Privacy Policy have the meaning given to them in our Terms of Use.
Fetch is committed to protecting your privacy. We will use the information that you provide to us as described below. Except as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy, your personally identifiable information will never be rented, sold, or otherwise provided to any third party without your consent. Whenever you provide personal information or other information about someone other than yourself, you are warranting that you have that person’s consent to provide such information for the purpose specified. We also consider the protection of privacy of children very important and we will not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 18 without obtaining parental consent. When we discover that personal information has been collected from persons under 18 years of age – without verifiable parental consent – we will take the appropriate steps to delete such information.
Certain information may be disclosed to third parties in connection with and as necessitated by our normal provision of the Services, or in the ordinary course of your activity where there is no expectation of privacy. By using the Services, or by registering an account and providing your personally identifiable information, you confirm your acceptance of, and agree to be bound by, this Privacy Policy. When you utilize the Services, we may collect certain information directly from you that you provide to us, as well as information that is automatically or passively collected from other sources, such as from your browser or device. Providing this information is voluntary, which we use internally and with Fetch partners. All information collected while using this Site or for the Services shall be referred to as “Collected Information.” Collected Information means personal information that you provide to us, as well as information that is automatically or passively collected from other sources, such as from your browser or device, and includes the following information:
Use of Information
Fulfilling Orders and Operation of Services. The personal information you provide, in combination with other Collected Information, will be used to fulfil your orders as well as to operate the Site, improve the quality of the Site, and provide you with a better experience. Specifically, it may be used to: (i) provide you with important information about your products or the Service, including updates, notifications, and product announcements; (ii) diagnose problems with the Site; (iii) provide and improve functionality and user-friendliness of the Site; and (iv) better understand your needs and interests, and personalize and improve your experience. Additionally, in the event Fetch sells or transfers some or all of its assets, the Collected Information may be disclosed, and your personally identifiable information may be among those assets transferred.
Communication with you. We may use Collected Information for communications with you, such for as sending confirmation emails, authenticating your purchases, and for marketing of our Services to you. We may also distribute from time to time stories of interest related to dog health and well-being via the email address you provide to us. If you no longer wish to receive this information from us, you may unsubscribe by following the instructions in the email.
Disclosure of Information
Security Compliance. We use Collected Information to monitor and analyze use of the Services, to reduce fraud, software piracy, and protect our users and customers, and verify a username and administer your use of the Services.
Legal Compliance. Fetch may disclose Collected Information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal process. Fetch may also disclose Collected Information to law enforcement officers or others, in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (1) enforce our Terms of Use; (2) comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or
any other data protection regulation; (3) detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues; and (4) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Fetch, its users, or the general public.
Aggregated Information. Fetch may disclose certain Collected Information in the form of aggregate data regarding user behavior, which do not identify any individual user.
Third-Party Websites
This Privacy Policy applies to Fetch only. However, as we work with third parties in connection with the operation of the Services and our business, those third parties may collect or have access to Collected Information necessary or appropriate for the function and operation of the Services and our business. Fetch may share Collected Information with our Service Providers (as defined below) for such legitimate purposes as: (a) contacting users who have provided contact information on our behalf; or (b) providing and monitoring the Service to ensure the quality of information provided through diagnostics. Fetch works with the following third parties:

We do not sell the Collected Information. We only share Collected Information as described in this Privacy Policy. Fetch may disclose your non-personally-identifiable information to third parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses. Fetch may also provide links to third-party websites, or you may wish to authorize us to connect with different services to perform actions on your behalf. Please be aware that any such links or performance of actions on your behalf are for your convenience only and it is your responsibility to be aware of and comply with the various terms of use and privacy policies of such third parties. We do not have any control over the privacy policies of third-party websites and are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of any third party unless otherwise required by the GDPR.
Marketing
Fetch would like to send you information about our products and services that we think you might like. If you are receiving marketing from us, you may always opt out at a later date. You have the right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes.
Data Security and Retention
To help protect your personal information, all payment transactions are made through a third party provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.
Non-sensitive information (for example, your email address) may be transmitted normally over the internet, and this can never be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your information, we make our best effort to ensure its security on our systems. Where we have given (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of the Site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.
We keep the Collected Information for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. The length of time we retain the Collected Information is determined by operational and legal considerations.
Children’s Protection
The Services are not directed at children and we have no intention of collecting information from young people. If we become aware that information from a child under 13 has been collected without the consent of such child’s parent or guardian, we will use all reasonable efforts to delete such information.
General
Updates. Please note this Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We will post any changes to the Site, and we strongly encourage you to periodically review this Privacy Policy, most importantly, before you provide Fetch with any personal information. Your continued use of the Services after any changes to this Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the changes, please do not continue using the Services. This Privacy Policy was last updated in February 2022.
Complaints and Disputes. If you have a complaint about our handling of your personal information, or other Collected Information, please let us know about the complaint and we will attempt to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction and you feel that your rights under GDPR or applicable law have been infringed, you have the right to seek a judicial remedy. If we become aware of any unauthorized access to your personal information, we will inform you at the earliest practical opportunity once we have established what was accessed and how it was accessed.
